Hell all,
I have a question, do you use some special labels for amyloid beta peptide? I have to make sure that the conformation of the specific oligomer should not be affected. I got to see them in live cells.. Any suggestions?

That might be difficult. What exactly do you want to do? Study the movement of A-beta or simple localization?

Have you thought about using GFP fused to A-beta? They may not work but they could also work.
