Whats the major difference between the colum chromotography and gel filteration????

I am not sure what are you trying to differentiate between?

As far as I understand, column chromatography is a very general term, used for a number of chromatographic procedures and can involves ion exchange, affinity, gel filtration chromatography etc, depending upon which column you want to use.

So gel filtration is one of the column chromatographic techniques used.
