HI,

I am trying to validate the copy number variations of two targets selected via microarray. I want to use qRT-PCR for quantification using genomic DNA. Does anybody have any advice as to how to select a good housekeeper for relative quantification? I know that the housekeeper should have normal copy number i.e is diploid but how do I select one? Does anybody have any suggestions as to what I sould use?

Some people have said that ideally you should select a housekeeper from teh same chromosome.

Any help would be great.
