Hello,
Can anyone tell me how I can elute cDNA from filter paper? I have read previous data: to cut the piece of paper an put in eppi and add TE and wait 10 min and then precipiate it-how? and then resuspend in smaler volume, but what about the paper? since it is in the eppi, isn't some cDNA going to remain on it?
Please help

yes, some cDNA will remain on the paper. But you should have enough cDNA in solution to work with. The paper can be discarded, although I would keep it in a second tube just in case.
