Hello,

I am working with a set of primers which require RNase prior to PCR.  I have made several attempts however,in all cases I have also lost most if not all of the DNA.  Does anybody have any suggestions or knowwhat conc. the RNase should have of the final volume.

Thanks,

Mark

This may be a stupid question but is your RNase DNase free? Are you using more or less than 10ng/ul?
