Hallo, can anyone advice me, if it is possible to transfect mose directly by intramuscular injection of DNA plasmid with my structural gene mixed with PBS and transfection agens(lipofect amine). How much DNA PBS and lipofectamine should I use, to which muscle inject an in what interwals. I want to induce antibody and T cell response perhaps. I have no electroporation equipment
