Hello,

I need to perform an ACh assay on synaptic vesicles from mice brain homogenates. Could anyone tell me how to disrupt the synaptic vesicles? Is ACh still stable after freezing the vesicles?
For the AChEsterase assay I need to extract the enzymes from the postsynaptic membranes. How can I do so without damaging the enzymes?
