What is the value of the osmolarity of the cell culture?

Osmolarity is specific to individual media but usually in the range 280-300mOsmol/kg.

in human blood, osmolarity os 0.307osm/l
in tears, it's "only" 0.301.
Hence, the osmolarity of medias is close to 0.3osm/l i guess
