I'm planning to use a vector with His-Tag and c-myc epitope at the C-terminal of my protein. Can you please tell me all kinds problems I could face, esp., how possible is it to effect my protein activity, protein folding, glycosylation in yeast expression system, antibody interactions ? waiting hopefully for all answers...
