Hi guys,

I have problem of western blot the PLC-gamma protein in NIH-3T3 cells which is used as a positive control. I use PLC-gamma transfected 293 cells, and got a band there. So I wonder what's the problem with my NIH cells.


Any advice would be deeply appreciated.
