what is the best method to compare the gene expression of two lines of chicken? differential display or subtraction hybridization?

both have their advantages.  I think that differential display may be a little more sensitive.  I am planning a differential experiment myself in the near future.  I plan on using a kit that clontech makes.  Check out the Clontech webpage, it may give you some more insight on the topic.  The kit is called the PCR select differential screening kit
