How can i scale up (making a larger culture) from a little bacterial culture? ;)

Easy way prepare a larger flask of fresh medium. Below ~200 ml you can start it with a small amount of bacteria (picked colony, a scratch of a glycerol stock...). Above it it is safer to first start a small preculture (~10ml) and use it to start the bigger culture after one day.
