Hello. I just want to know any more techniques on how to successfully get transformant s from yeast plasmid DNA transformed woth E.coli strain XL-1Blue. I have tried the Clontech protocol and after several performing the procedure several times already, i still don't get transformants...thanks

hi
please be more specific. do u mean that you are not able to transform yeast plasmids into ecoli or is that you are not able to get plasmids from yeast for transfrmation into ecoli?
