Can CHIP assay be performed using nuclei as its all about chromatin?

Hi Nidhi,
of course you can perform CHIP with nuclei, though you will have to treat the nuclei by either sonication or micrococcal nuclease digest to fragment the nuclei to a size that can be precipitated with the antibody you use for CHIP.
