I am trying to generate ssDNA by assymetric PCR. I am having some trouble identifying ssDNA ladders on the market. Does anyone know of one? Also, in general, should ssDNA be running higher or lower than equivalent dsDNA? Logic tells me it should run faster when it's ssDNA, but I'm looking at a gel that suggests the opposite. Any input appreciated!
