i have blotted two proteins on a PVDF membrane after separating them on 2 D gel .ive to go for immunoscreening studies for the two spotsgiving antibodies.can i carry out the immunodetection studies on the PVDF itself or somehow transfer it to nitrocelluluse and then carry immunodetection or i ve to run a new 2D and then transfer the proteins directly on nitrocelluluse.

as pvdf membranes are also used for standard blotting, i think you can use your membrane for immunodetection...
