[LMD2011]

I am doing some stable transfections using linearised plasmid.  Each time I linearise the plasmid then purify it prior to transfection.  Does anyone know if I can freeze it once linearised ?

I have frozen linear plasmids before, then successfully ligated them several weeks later after storing at -20. So i guess it works.
