Hi all,
my question is which is the most successful method  for purification of  protein with His6 tag?
I have tried with Ni-NTA  Spin Kit  (QIAGEN) but i'm not so satisfied...i loosed a lot of protein during the purification steps and that (as usual) i received multi band during elution step...
What about magnetic beads?
Thanks in advance!

Ni column usually is the preliminary purification step, you can use other column like ion exchange or gel filtration to further purify your protein
