I am currently student in master of biology at the university of Le Havre in France and I am currently a training course of research in laboratory to. My subject of training course treats proteomic analysis of the soil and of this fact I would like to ask you some questions concerning the analyses 2d-Page which will be the centers of my handling. I would like to know if your knowledge there has are publications or protocols of 2d page which can apply to the study of the soil's proteins. I.e. if you know means of extractions of these proteins, purification fractionation and 2d.
