does anybody have a general protocol for recursive PCR?I will be using  6 oligo  @ 100 bp long to make an insert about 500 bplong.

See Prodromou et al Protein Engineering (1992) 8, 827-9

I believe the most important bit is the oligo design, ~20 bases overlap, check sequence of the overlap ends to make sure they don't prime with other oligos.  There should be other references if you do a literature search.You can probably contact the guy himself (Chris Prodromou) if you have more question.  He has just moved to the Institute of Cancer Research in London.
