I'm looking for a protocol to measure IgA anti OVA in the plasma of Rat.
Is what somebody will be able to say if one can find biotinylated ovalbumin and for what the poyvinylpyroliddon K25 is used.

i've read that PVP is a highly hydrophilic polymer used in ultrafiltraion...
