Hello! I'd like to know if it is possible the appearence of two forms of the same protein in SDS-PAGE, the monomer and the dimer, considering that it is a denaturing gel. Thank you.Manuela

Probably not on an SDS-PAGE but you cna definitely spot it on a non-denaturing gel.

Yes it is possible. Try running the gel under reducing conditins to eliminate the dimer.
