hi  all:
  I am glad to ask question here.  I have  a problem of gene clone.
  Now, I have known a small molecular , and I have an assumption that there is an enzyme degenerating it. But I don't know how to clone the enzyme. Could anyone give some suggestion about how to get the enzyme's cds?

If you have no clue at all what enzyme is degeneration your molecule, there's no way to get the sequence...

you might get some ideas what enzyme or group of enzymes could play role in interactions with your molecule from the literature, though.
