I have to transfect my cells using electroporation, i have already tried with pGFP and i have a good efficience.
Now i have to transfect with a DNA cassette, synthetized by PCR, that encode a sequence for a shRNA to be expressed in the cells.
Will the electroporation degrade my dna cassette that is linear and 280bp long? Mauro
