hi,

i am having trouble recently culturing HPAECs, they were previously no trouble but lately they appear to be growing slower than usual, alot look stressed and stringy.
i have ruled out mycoplasma infection as our lines are tested frequently. The media is fresh,just recently subaliquoted.
liquid nitrogen did however manage to get into some of the vials i used when freezing them down, and essentiqall these are the ones i am having trouble with.
should i bin all these vials?

help please
