Can anyone offer any advice as to how to program an ABI Prism 7700 to record a standard curve using Invitrogen LUX primers (FAM-labeled)?  

I have followed the protocol on the User Bulletin #2 from Applied Biosystems however I can't retrieve my data; I continue to get an error "Invalid threshold cycle for standard" response once I click the 'analysis' bar.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think you can get an update for the software that comes with the SDS from ABI.

Maybe the update will solve your problem...
