Dear Fellow Molecular Biologists,
I'd appreciate your shared opinion cominh from your precious experience of using Reverse Transcriptases from different suppliers. So, what is the best one(s) in your opinion?
Currently I am using RT from Invitrogen and quite happy with that.
But, maybe, there is better one around.
Thanks in advance.
With my sincere appreciation,

Hi. I've always used Superscript II from Invitrogen, and never experienced any problems, but recently I changed to Applied Biosystems' "High capacity cDNA archive kit", because it's more affordable than Superscript and I needed to do a lot the reactions. In my hands both kits work equally well.
Cheers!
