Hi!

J want to culture cardiomyocytes isolated from heart of neonatal rat. J have no experiences with these cells and there is so many protocols how to isolated and culture cardiomyocytes. Maybe someone have experience with these cells and could help me? What kind of  medium , flask of plates, serum and etc. J should use?
