Dear All

I have the problem about isolate RNA from frozen chicken blood. The Trizol reagent and also High Pure RNA isolation from Roche were used to extraction. The isolated RNA was degrade and can't use for downstream application such a RT-PCR. Most of RNA isolation protocols are using for fresh blood. Otherwise, the chicken blood is different becuase RBC is nucleate. Thank you for help.
