Hi everybody!!!
Im trying to clone certaing protein of a nematode that has no known homology with any other previously describe protein. The only information I have from it is its N-terminal aminoacid sequence. Im thinking about using degenerate primers with deoxyinosines in the four-fold degenerate positions. Has any of you any experience using this kind of primers?
I will be thankfull if you can give me any advice on it.
Have a great day!!
