i did'nt find the map information of pHM6 expression vector .
who could give me information about pHM6 vector? thank you!

in J. Biol. Chem., Vol. 278, Issue 51, 51190-51202, December 19, 2003, Helen M. Reid and B. Therese Kinsella say that pHM6 came from Roche Applied Sciences. Maybe can you contact them?

Hi. Here's the sequence of the MCS of pHM6.
As Fred said, maybe Roche can give you the full sequence.
