Dose anyone know the marker for the exocytosis vesicles? I want to use it for the detection with fluorescence probing and subsequent confocal microscopy.

hi
you can find specific markers for exocytosis. here is some :
-insulin
-norepinephrin
-GABA
-glucagon (don't know if it's the same word in english)
-growth fators
but the question is what type of vesicle? cell type, regulated or constitutive exocytosis...
You can either find general markers for regulated exocytosis : SNARE proteins (syntaxin, SNAP 25, VAMP) but each one has many isoforms...
may you tell us more?
Hope that helps.
