I'm searching a protocol to obtain from breast tumoral mass primary tumoral cell culture. Can you help me?

The easiest way is to use steel mesh and mechanically disrupt the tumor tissue above the Petri dish with medium. After 24 hours chage the medium abd wait.

I want know the lysis buffer (collagenase, hialuronidase, hormones etc.)
