I'm interested in doing a Western transfer with non-denatured protein.Will non-denatured protein stick very well to a PVDF membrane?If I have a gel on which I have run non-denatured proteins, could I denature the protein by soaking it in SDS?

Any input would be appreciated! Thanks!
