Does anyone have any idea which antibiotic shoud we use for SF9 cells ? Moreover which protocol is better for transfection of SF9 cells  using calcium chloride or lipfectin?

I use pen/strep at the concentrations one would use in general cell culture. For the transfection I use cellfectin with good results. havent tried any other method yet.

i use blasticidin and cellfectin on a similar cell line
