I'm working with suspension cells and I was wondering if there's a good way to stain for B-gal expression.  I've done it before with adherent cells, but I'm not sure how to do it with adherent ones.  Also, I don't have a kit to do it, and I'm unsure of the exact reagents I'd need to stain (other than that I need Xgal).  Any help with a protocol or something like that would be greatly appreciated B)

I haven't actually stained non-adherent cells, however, I just recently read a protocol that covers that. The Xgal staining protocol is pretty far down the page.
