DNA extraction

I has abig problem in DNA extraction from blood and i need a new method using Phenol/chlorophorm technique so if any one has a method to hep me

From which cell type? Not red blood cells I hop, those do not have a nucleus, and hence no DNA, as you probably know...

No sure from red blood cell from whole blood if you have any infromation you can help
