Hi everybody! I need about 100 g of DNA from soybeans and I want to dissolve the DNA in a Volume of less than 150 l. And I cannot decrease the DNA concentration for my application After some weeks of work on that - it seems to be impossible to get that much DNA from soybean into this small volume. My problem is:1. I do not get enough DNA or2. The pellet is to big to dissolve it in the small volume I need.

Does somebody have suggestion how I could solve this problem?
