Hi

I'm using the phastsystem for western blotting and I'm having problems with getting the gels of the plastic back when sampling the sandwich. When I'm using 7,5 % homogenous gels they are too soft and won't get of in one piece. Does anyone have a suggestion? Would freezing the gels for a short time be a good idea?
