I'm wondering if using BGS to grow a cell line developed using FBS can change cell biology.

I am starting to have negative experimental results after several positives in the same assay. The serum change is one of a few variables I am trying to eliminate, to see what is the problem.

Any thoughts?

In my case, now I have low or no Erk1/2 activation were I had high or some (respectivelly).
