Hi,
Just like Taq polymerase adds a non-specific adenine overhang at 3' end, is it possible to induce thymine overhang at 3' ends of PCR product?

thanks.

Sequenase 2.0 is reported to add a T to the 3' end when the 5' base of the primer (for the complementary strand) is an A. (Hu, 1993 DNA and Cell Biology 12 (8) 763-770.)
