I have a clone with LTP gene in pBlue Script. But since the expected gene product is 9 kDa i am unable to detect the protein in gel. Please do suggest me some conditions and what type of gel that can be used to proceed further. Presently i tried using 12% & 15% gel. Growth conditions 37 `C for 10 hrs after IPTG induction. conc (1mM).
