I have recent performed a qRT-PCR run and need some help with ddcT and its stats analysis. First does anyone have teh ddcT set up as a spreadsheet? I have one, but I think there are some errors with it. Second, can anyone explain how to accurately perform this method. I have 7 control animals and 8 experimental animals all of which I ran in duplicate. I think I just have problems setting up the equation. Thanks for the help.
