I'm looking to send out some samples to be sequenced. Any opinions on good/bad experiences with different commercial vendors?
Thx!

we recently switched to mclab.com and found their quality and server are good. The good thing is if any sample fails, they will resequence it for free. They also do purification with an extra charge of about $2 so you can send your samples hot from your PCR machine. They are located in CA bay area. I don't know if that is convenient for you but you can ship your samples by Fedex.

Thanks! I've also heard SeqWright is good too!
