Hi, i am looking for fluorescent peptides/proteins. meanwhile i managed to find FITC-labeled albumin (only). please give me more suggestion for labeled proteins with different molecular weights.

Hi,
you can look for fluorescent proteins of GFP family that are usefull for protein labeling (fluorescent protein is fused with the protein of interest and the fusion is expressed in cells).
Fluorescent proteins (expression vectors) are available for example from BD Clontech (www.clontech.com) and Evrogen (www.evrogen.com)

Hi,
As said Katika, you have all the GFP familly proteins (eGFP...) and i would add all the "red fluorescent protein" like RFP, mRFP, RedCherry, DsRed.
Sincerly

You can make a fruit basket (a wide range of colors) with all the fluorescent proteins available. Choose them wisely.
