Hello:
        I extacted DNA from samples and then amplified 16SrDNA using universe primer by PCR.After electrophoresis,two bands were detected
in one lane,I know that one is 16SrDNA,the other is interfering band.
So could you please tell me how to eliminate the  interfering band

I can't understand your questions? if you want the 16sRNA, just cut the band and do extraction, if you want more, use this as template to do PCR again.
Maybe I misunderstand your question.
