Hi,
I'm starting to work whit 5' cytidine on plants. I want to know if it's possible to prepare a stock solution to store it at -20C. In that conditions, the drug lose the desmetilant capacity?
I've wrote to SIGMA but I haven't had any answer.
I'll appreciate any advise

Dissove 5'aza-deoxycytidine in PBS at 10 mM, aliquot in small volume (100 ul) and store at -70C. After an aliquot has been thawed 3-4 times, don't use it anymore, discard it.
