Hi everyone:

After treatment with drugs on cells, I did CHIP to check the changes of DNA-binding situation of the interesting transcriptional factor. But at this moment the majority of cells became rounded up and floating, implying cell death. I am wondering if I see some changes in CHIP, does it make sense? How could I do? dose transcriptional factors release from their binding DNA after cell death or still there? There is no change in earlier timepoints.
