Hi,
I'm trying to find a protocol to isolate fibroblast from bovine knee ligaments. My literature search in the past two days has not been successful. There's quite a lot of information on rabbits, human, goats, and dogs, but not much on bovine knee. I am quite lost, so any help will be deeply appreciated.
