I always had good results using electroporation for P815. 350V 80uF 5 million cells in 0.5ml HBS let them rest for 15 min. after zapping, then put in T75 flask with about 25ml 10%FBS RPMI.

Any tips/protocols on transfection (transient) of P815 mouse mastcytoma cell line and PHA blasts of monkey and humna PBMCs are needed. Protocols and ref will be highly appreciated.

Really depends on the cell type and culture conditions - GAPDH may be appropriate
